He now lives with his wife Sharon in Alpine, Utah with his three children.
School and college life of Mike Lee: He completed his secondary education from Timpview High School and then received a BS in political science from Brigham Young University. He received his Juris doctor from Reuben Clark Law School, BYU in 1997.
Work experience of Mike Lee: After graduating, Lee served as law clerk to Judge Dee Benson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah and then to Supreme Court Justice Judge Samuel A. Alito, Jr. He then joined the office of Sidley Austin specializing in appellate and Supreme Court litigation. After several years of service, Lee returned to Utah and served as an Assistant US Attorney and soon enough as general counsel to Utah Governor Jon M. Huntsman, Jr. He then began working in a Washington DC-based law firm in Salt Lake.
Political career of Mike Lee: Mike was elected to the Senate in 2010 and begun his office in 2011. He is currently running for re-election in 2016.
Achievement of Mike Lee: Lee has been fighting to preserve America’s proud founding document in the US Senate. He has been advocating efforts to support constitutionally limited government, fiscal responsibility, and individual liberty. Moreover, Lee also supports economic prosperity through a plan with a fellow Senate that would extend the financial feasibility of the US Social Security retirement payment system.
